Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

  • UK Orders:

    • Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1-2 working days

    • Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2-3 working days

  • International Orders:

    • On average, 3-7 working days depending on the region.

When will my order be dispatched?

  • Orders placed by 3:30 PM are dispatched the same working day, provided there are no address issues.

I’m still waiting for my order to arrive. What should I do?

  • Check the tracking link in your dispatch email to see your order’s status.

  • Your package may have been left at a designated location or a delivery attempt may have been made.

Returns & Refunds

How many days do I have to request a return?

  • You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

How long does it take to get a refund?

  • Please allow up to 21 days for your refund to be processed.

What happens after I send a return?

  • Once we receive your return, we check if it meets our return conditions.

  • If approved, we process your refund or exchange.

Can I get my shipping fee refunded?

  • No, shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not refund or cover shipping fees for returns or exchanges.

Do you offer international returns?

  • Unfortunately, we do not accept international returns.

TikTok Shop Orders

How do I contact you regarding my TikTok Shop order?

  • All TikTok orders must be resolved through TikTok Shop.

  • To contact us on TikTok:

    1. Go to your TikTok profile

    2. Click on your order

    3. Scroll down and select ‘Contact Seller’

TikTok Returns

  • TikTok returns must be processed via TikTok Shop and cannot be returned using our website’s return process.

  • If returning multiple items, use every return label provided, as TikTok issues one return label per item.

  • If the wrong item is sent or the return is not in a sellable condition, we have the right to refuse the return.

  • Returns must be completed within TikTok’s return window. If missed, TikTok will cancel your request.

TikTok Cancellations

  • We cannot cancel an order after it has been placed.

  • Once processed, our fulfilment centre immediately begins packaging the order, making cancellation impossible.
